Wholesale

Thank you for your interest in our wholesale program. We are always looking for partners who are as passionate about helping the everyday parent as we are. 

1 | Eligibility 
  • To be eligible for the Rouu Baby wholesale program, you must have a valid business license or resale certificate.
  • You must also have a physical retail store or an online store that has been in operation for at least one year.
  • New applications will be reviewed within 7-10 business days.
    2 | Ordering Process
    • Minimum order requirement: Our minimum order requirement is $325  (10 units).
    • Ordering and payment: Approved retailers will have access to order through our website or by contacting our wholesale team directly (rouubaby@gmail.com)
    • Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. Shipping is billed separately through an emailed PO after your order has been processed.
    • Order terms must be emailed to rouubaby@gmail.com prior to placing your online order.
    3 | Pricing
    • Wholesale pricing: Our wholesale prices are confidential and only available to approved wholesale accounts. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
    • MSRP: We have a suggested retail price for each product. Wholesale partners are free to set their own prices, but we ask that they not sell our products below our suggested retail price.
    4 | Shipping, Delivery & Lead Time
    • Shipping time: Dispatch time is within 7-15 business days.
    • Shipping cost: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the number of units sold and the destination of the order. All shipping costs are added to the invoice when the order is placed.
    • Delivery: We offer free local delivery in Calgary & Edmonton
    • International shipping: We do offer international shipping, but additional shipping costs and customs fees may apply.
    5 | Returns & Exchanges
    • Damaged or defective items: Wholesale partners have 10 days from the delivery date to notify us of any damaged or defective items. We will replace or refund these items at no cost.
    • Returns: We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless the item is damaged or defective in which case, we will replace the unit at no cost. 
    6 | Custom Orders
    • We are happy to work with our wholesale customers to create custom orders designed to meet the specific needs of your store. Please contact us to discuss quantities, terms, and pricing.
    • All terms and conditions in the Rouu Baby wholesale program are up for discussion & negotiation.
